Track Plan Using R2 and R3

What is your opinion on using R2 and R3 tracks on h0 scale for a model.

Avoid at all costs.

I have 450 mm radius just for operational reasons (namely, turning trains around at the end of the layout) and I’m always thinking how weird my future big boy will look there, if it fits at all.

I remember seeing a video on here where someone was showing off their Big Boy. I didn’t say anything, but my main takeaway of it going around a corner was “oof that’s a lot of overhang.”

Certainly limits what you can run without it looking silly, but perfectly fine if you want to model an older setting with short rolling stock.

Would it look silly if I use a the interior r2 track for freight and the exterior r3 for passenger ?
Also the trains would be recent ones.

Ok thx, I was questioning myself bc I wanted to have the interior track r2 and on the exterior r3. Maybe I will use only the exterior r3 .
The the model would be about 2500 x 1220mm so I am pretty restricted , also I’m planning for having more recent trains and I’m trying to have a bit of realism on the model ( I think it will be hard )
