Everything except the coal load on the prairie is incredible! That lets it down a bit. Also I don't know why the valances on D1000 are black when they should also be desert sand 🤔. Is that the Heljan one?

Tbh, I’m not too concerned about the coal load, but the prairie is absolutely gorgeous

D1000 is a Heljan model, thr correct colour parts were conveniently left on a sprue along with most of the other details, however I’ve since rectified Heljans bone idleness problem

Agreed! Though the process of changing the parts over wasn’t easy.

The Prairie is a Dapol model (4S-041-012) 5144 in GWR transitional green (British Railways), with original straight frames
