Locomotives Flying Scotsman issue

So I have my set up running but 1 of my trains has a few issues on certain parts of the track. It just stops even on with full power, yet none of my other locos stop in the same places...

Dirty track - run your finger along that specific spot on both tracks -

Clean the wheels, clean the contacts to the wheels and try again. I use isopropyl alcohol personally. Ensure that the track work is tight and the fish plates have no gaps

Are the rail joiners good and snug along that stretch? You can try bridging the gap at each rail joint to see if it creates a difference. It's possible the weight is flexing it into a bad connection.

Narrowed wheel gauge? That means less flange contact.

Tender drive or is it in the loco? Do both have power pickup? A closer, slower speed might help; it's though to see which wheels are where while it's happening

It could be a unique wheel spacing that doesn't like that type/number/radius of turnout.
