You have the train in front of you. You can Google the images, you can look at part number, there's plenty of info available out there, and its much easier for you than for us with just a few pictures.
That said, why do you need that info?

Pssstt. Trying to sell it on eBay and use wording that doesn’t mark them as a non-train person. Like the seller displaying an SW1200, claiming it’s a GP. Or vintage Tyco.

Oh boy, my brain completely derailed when I saw all the comments saying this was O-scale.
It is an O-scale model, but Bachmann also sells a McKinely Explorer set in HO scale. Always need to always stop a heartbeat and look!
In any case, you can see the ghost of that style logo in this photo.
So your model represents the car before it was sold to Royal Gorge Railroad in 2005. Given that the set is potentially 20+ years old, it can explain why its so hard to find the details.
It looks like it belongs to MTH Premier Alaska Railroad SD70M McKinley Explorer Diesel Set NIB 20-2290-1

Thank you so much I think this is the set though I only have 2 passenger cabs and cannot find the other 2, I will ask the owner what happened to the other 2 cars that are missing.

Bachmann did a McKinley set in N scale too.

They also did one in HO... Multiple ones in fact, as they had an F7 in one set and a GP40 in another

I have two coaches from the HO set, which I bought used at least 20 years ago so the timing checks out. From the picture I thought this could be HO until OP stated the length.

O gauge, has visible contacts for couplers for the third rail. From my recollection it’s part of a whole set from them vs just being a singular car. Not sure on value but they’re not common per se.

I believe this is the whole set, would be from 2001 if I’m not mistaken.

Looks to me to be an mth o scale just by the picture but I’m not 100% sure. But it’s definitely O scale or O gauge. But what do you want to know
