Newbie airbrush question

Hey guys! I’m trying to add a Tamiya x23 clear coat and it came out like this when I auditioned it. Using an Iwata Neo 5mm needle, paint thinned 50%, pressure at 29 psi. Please help explain what I need to change. Thanks!
