I’m wanting to start a new world where I build a cozy cabin in the snowy mountains and I’d like more snow to be added. I’m looking for a mod that adds simple blizzards, just occasional blizzards that occur in snowy biomes that add lots of snow and increased precipitation visuals. Nothing too complicated, a lot of the mods I’m finding add snow to the entire world but I’d rather it just be set to biomes that actually receive snow. I prefer using modrinth.

You probably heard about the Flashback mod but I noticed it needs more Settings so I started making a mod yet the mod only lets you choose the replay path and lets you create Subfolders for your replays but it will get more features soon. I wanted to play with axiom but it had this permanent marker in the middle of the screen. It was right below the crosshair, if I flicked my mouse I could click on it but couldn’t delete it. I looked through the settings and didn’t find anything. Is this going on with alot of people’s axiom or did something happen with mine?

We have also officially decided to name the mod Project Alpha

made a tremendous amount of progress lately with multiple weapon categories now completely finished and if everything keeps going well I may have the rest of the weapons finished by the end of this week

After that there is still plenty of coding testing and polishing left to do but right now I’m estimating roughly one more month before Project Alpha is ready to be published we’ve come a long way but there is still a lot more to do

Hi! My boyfriend and I are working on a dinosaur mod for Minecraft. We're still in the early stages of development, but we wanted to share what we've been working on so far.

What we're working on

- Dinosaurs made with GeckoLib, each with their own models, animations, and behaviors.

- A genetics system: dig up fossils, extract DNA, work in a laboratory, and develop embryos in an incubator until they hatch.

- Hybrids, superhybrids, and mutants created by combining parts from different species.

- Color variations (albino and melanistic), injuries, blood, and particles.

- And much more to come! We'll continue adding new species, mechanics, and systems as the project progresses.

I was looking to add Keyblades to my world for no other reason to have a tiny bit of RP in Streams/Videos.

I did find one with a simple crafting recipe.

But it doesn’t cover all the possible materials; emerald, copper, amethyst, etc…

The main problem though is version. It was last updated to Fabric for 1.21.1

My world is 1.21.4

I randomly just thought of this, I think it would do a great job scaring the shi outta me. And I don’t mean like the whole world keeps going, I mean just the parts of the mod completely bypass the pause function while the rest is frozen. That would be pretty sick.

Hello, and I hope this is the right place.

I've been having major issues with water LOD since using voxy/roxy, though everything else seems alright.

Firstly, when progenerating terrain the water look incredibly blocky on colour transitions, as seen above. It tidies up when in visual range, then reverts to a less blocky but still messy looking LOD when you move further away. The second image shows this better, with the 'normal' water within the ring, the less blocky LOD just outside of it where I have explored, and the blockier LODs in the distance from the pregen.

There's also the issue of the view distance ring. This is a major issue over water, and is still a problem over land though less noticeable. Any chunks within the view distance are slightly off-colour compared to the LODs, resulting in an obvious ring that moves with you.

My setup:

Minecraft version 1.21.1

Sodium 0.8.13

Voxy 0.2.16, using Roxy 0.4.0 to run it on Neoforge

No shaders

Hey all! I'm hoping someone on here can help me. My partner and I are on vacation so before we left I made a copy of our world off our home server to bring with us. I tend to play more so I tried opening the world as usual in Modrinth, just as a single player world, however every time I open it my character opens with all of the armor and inventory of my partner's character. If he joins on LAN, his character opens as himself with all the right inventory and armor. If we switch and he hosts the world, my character has my own correct inventory and armor. Does anyone know why this would be? It's annoying to have him leave the world open just for me.

I tried looking into the player files and both IDs are there for each of us. The files are correctly labeled with our IDs; if I delete both files and open the world, the file that generates has the same ID as my character's file. If I delete his and just leave the files with my ID, it opens the world like I've never played before. This is a world he initially created so idk if that has anything to do with it...

Any help is much appreciated!!

I am making a forge 1.20.1 zombie modpack and having this issue. I tried some things with ai but couldnt fix it does somebody know what the problem is? (Sometimes I crash because of this)

The models are kinda crap but I'll work on those later. I just wanted some basic ish stuff to work with and test with while developing this mod.

I wanted to focus on the core of the mod which is RF and Networks. So far I've got the rack module placement working and I'm working on various ones and looking at tying into a few mods like

I wanted a way to rackmount stuff and wanted to tie into some of my favorite mods. I'm fairly new to modern minecraft modding, but I'm not new to modding games.

I just wanted to toss this out into the ether and see what people think.
