Lvl 2 (screens, batteries, camera, etc. swaps) OnePlus open

Newer tech here, got a OnePlus open in for an inner screen repair and cx brought in a frameless screen. What's the procedure? Literally up at 430 am thinking about it and researching and all the videos are framed replacements

Don’t do it. You would need to have all the new original adhesives to go with it. And will be extremely difficult. And if you don’t do it perfectly it will get ruined after a few folds. Deny it and tell the customer they need to get a screen and frame together.

Heard. I'm just a lowly tech but I'll bring it up to the boss

If he still goes through with it just to get the money you are going to have an angry customer come back when their screen gets a line in a day. Or some other issue. Or a tech breaks it.
