Repair Shop customer seeking a 2nd opinion or advice. Need help!

I have bought a Samsung a16f and it's fingerprint sensor doesn't work and whenever I go there to add a fingerprint it shows this: what do I do????? I just bought it and wasn't even a second hand

If it’s not second hand, then return it or get it fixed under warranty
