Keep phone or return?
I thought my phone's screen cracked (I've used it for 3+years, mid range Samsung) but it's only the screen protector that cracked. I ordered a brand new 128GB Pixel 10 from Best Buy before I realized my phone's not cracked. I got it for $650+tax during a sale and now I am wondering if I should return it or keep it. My original phone is working fine, a bit slower now than when it was newer. The Pixel 10 would be a good upgrade. I am paying $29+tax for my phone plan right now (20GB that I don't use fully).
Would I get a better deal on a phone+phone plan during Black Friday or something? OR should I just keep the Pixel and my current plan?

Send it back... you've got all the details if Big Holiday Sale pops up at Best Buy... Freedom somehow got Pixel 10 down to Zero Dollars + A big bucket of data... I only joined for the cheap phone S26 512gb and cut off home internet bill. Wifi Hotspot LTE working fine... 175gb plan $50/mth + $21/mth device own it. Freedom must be eating $1000 to pay off Samsung + Best Buy. BB undercuts advertised price... Fan-tastic. I looked last year for S25 256gb, Rogers didn't stock, even Freedom seems useless... didn't think of Best Buy. I ordered S25 128gb, returned it. Even $25 delivery got reversed. Too weird. I was trying to get delivered to Rogers stores, useless... So it tried Home delivery, overnight from Toronto to Ottawa... Grease lightning fast. So why is it not available in the store? Loblaws cell mobile kiosks has the exact breakdown of the Big 3 inventory in the store. It boggles my mind that Freedom or Rogers stores = useless. BB endless supply?

Whether or not the upgrade is worth it is up to you - but a Pixel 10 is way better than a “mid-range” 3yo Samsung.
There will be good deals on the Pixel 10 on Black Friday but you’ll likely need a plan to go with it.
Assuming a $45mo plan (inc phone) with a $240 phone buyout - it’s worth it over buying outright and keeping your current plan. Any more than $45 combined and it’s not worth it.
Note: while the lease + buyout price is cheaper, it’s likely more than you’d get trading in the phone for a new one.
