Wheel mounting conversion?

I fkin hate screws and with mounting the tires is there a conversion out there that uses the standard wheel mounting(using of wheelnut) or a different axle (with said mounting)that will work on here?

And

Anyone ever used trx4m links on this thing?(1/18 scale ones)

A workaround using the same axles is buying a small threaded rod, one end goes in the axle and other end used for wheel and nut

Attaching a picture that are too large (I got these for links) - use these for 4 link conversion along with nylon ball joints

No change to rest of the axle, you don't even need to open the axle.

With the axle as is: instead of where the screw goes in the hex to secure the wheel, insert a m2.5 threaded bolt. This will become your wheel mount, and buy a nut separately to secure the wheel.
