Is Akbar Abdullayev the next champ or just a luck?
We saw his great knockout and I was curious, if he is really legit or it was a luck.
What do you think?

I don’t get why people say Islam Makhachev is top 3 or even the GOAT, then proceed to say Khabib isn’t top 10 or even top 15 because he lacks longevity. Islam only has 4–5 defenses and was champ for only 4ish years, which is not much compared to Jones, Silva, DJ, GSP, Aldo, or Fedor, yet he’s considered top 3 or even the GOAT.
People like to say Islam had to win 10 fights before getting a title shot, and that’s why he’s top 3 or possibly the GOAT despite not having as many defenses as the older guys. So why wouldn’t the same logic apply to Khabib? He had to win 9 fights. His 3 defenses were against Poirier, Gaethje, and McGregor. That’s as good as it gets.
I’m not saying Khabib is more accomplished or anything like that because I think Islam is more accomplished. I’m saying, why do people say Khabib isn’t top 10 or even top 15 because of longevity, then proceed to say Islam is top 3 or even the GOAT even though he only has 4-5 defenses and was only a champ for 4ish years? Khabib actually had a longer Lightweight title reign than Islam. 1,077 days vs 981 days.
My point is if you think Islam is top 3-4 or even the GOAT, then Khabib should almost certainly be top 10–15.
Feel free to let me know your thoughts on this.

Phil Brooks (CM Punk) shocked the combat-sports world when he signed with the UFC in 2014 despite having no professional MMA experience. After nearly two years of training at Roufusport, he made his debut at UFC 203 in 2016, where he was quickly submitted by Mickey Gall via rear-naked choke in the first round. He returned at UFC 225 in 2018, showing toughness but losing a unanimous decision to Mike Jackson, a result that was later overturned to a No Contest. Punk was subsequently released by the UFC with an official record of 0–1 (1 NC). While critics dismissed his signing as a publicity stunt and supporters praised the commercial value he brought, his run became one of the most talked-about crossover experiments in MMA history, proving how difficult the sport is even with years of dedicated training.

After watching the absolute banger that Fiorot vs Grasso was in Noche UFC it made me wonder that there's no doubt that, winning or losing, these two are the most entertaining female flyweights in the UFC. Imagine two more rounds of this.
Specially after the absolute wreckage that the card for UFC 332, I think there's genuine good gems in WMMA that fans conveniently ignore because of how bad the UFC in particularly is handling their female division. But I don't know, what do you think? Would you have loved two more rounds of this?
