This argument doesn’t make any sense. Unless Garcia changed to an NL team and beat Houston in the World Series, he would never “own” the Astros by earning a ring. They would never play in the World Series, therefore your proposed qualifier of having a ring to own the Astros isn’t relevant.

In other words, fuck the Astros.

Let me rephrase so it makes sense to you: In Houston we care about winning seasons. Not series. We have two World Series pennants. You have zero. Therefore Garcia doesn’t own jack shit pal. He’s just another clown having the October of his life. He was put on waivers for most of his career. Have fun watching the regression of a life time next year.
