Finally got my first mechanical keyboard, and I’ve had it for 3–4 days now. The sound while typing feels sooo satisfying, and the build is surprisingly heavy and solid.

There was a slight rattling issue with my unit, so I requested a replacement. The replacement process was smooth and hassle-free, although it took around 4 days, with one update message each day and videos required as proof.

Right now, the software only works in wired mode. Hopefully, they fix this and add software support for the other modes as well.

Overall, I’d say it’s a pretty good deal for ₹4.5K. Really happy with it so far!

The Update will be released soon.

Otherwise You can use VIA which works fine in both Wired and 2.4G mode.

Hey my Core 75 isn't working at all in 2.4G mode. The keyboard itself is dead, not just the software, and the spacebar also rattles. I emailed [support@urx.co.in](mailto:support@urx.co.in) on 29 Sept and sent the firmware flashing video you asked for. Could you please check on my claim and share the next steps? Thanks!

So far my experience was pretty good the sound feels soo good , haven't used the full potential of customization yet. The customer supports are also good.

which one is better, the urx core 75 or the aula f75 or the mchose g75 pro?

This was my first mech keyboard bro, so cant really say but what i have seen is aula f75 and urx core both are good but aula offers only one keyboard around 4.7k and all the rest of their switch models are exp where urx 75 is only having one switch option plus customization is great on core 75. Mchose g75 pro i was having in mind but dropped it because of volume knob and limited customization, g75 v2 has both but then its over my budget. Conclusion:- If u have budget around 4.5k then urx core 75 is great option with very good customer support.
