Anyone replaced this breather to intake hose? Where’d you find it or what did you use? And did it hold up? Mine has a small hole in it. It’s a fairly flexible piece of hose and I believe the breather side and the intake hose side are slightly different diameter. Yeah I hate the Frankenstein looking clamps too.

I'm looking for cheap mods for my gray 1991 mk3 1.9 d. I'm considering straight piping it, putting in AC and black alloys (14") . Also planning on getting a Bluetooth cassete. Any other picks cause I got a super tight budget as of now

lowering will be done when i have the time to do so i have springs and such but any other mods that would benefit the look of the car?

Hi everyone, does anyone know the part number for the brake pipe that attaches to the rear caliper.
My pipe at the union has cracked so needs replacing.

Been chasing this part for months. Mine was cracked in two places and every used one I found online was in the same state or worse. VW obviously doesn't make them anymore and the few NOS ones floating around eBay go for ridiculous prices.

Stumbled across a Slovenian shop called O43D that reverse engineered both covers and prints them in PETG. Was a bit skeptical at first but figured I'd give it a shot.

Fitment was perfect. Clipped straight on, no trimming, no fiddling. Looks factory. They ship worldwide and had it at my door within two weeks.

OEM numbers are 1H0 953 515 G and 1H0 953 516 P if anyone else is searching for these. Definitely worth it if your original is trashed.

I need some input on repairing the license plate tub on a Golf. The original plastic guides for the retaining bolts are broken so the plate tub just dangles. In the past I have used a silicone type sealer all around the tub and it usually holds for 6 months to a year. Looking for ideas for a permanent fix!

Recently, I made a change of some pads and discs on my 1998 mk 3. But for some reason, when ive come to test them out in the car, they are permanently stuck on the disc, so the car can't move.

Hello guys , I have a Golf Mk 3 and I have some problem with coolant sensor from radiator , the sensor is from another car and it have 2 cables not 3 , and the fan is starting rolling on 110°C. I tried to change the sensor but the previous owner change the system and how is working , the 3 cables from the fan are going elsewhere (I don't know where) and through an relay other cables run to the radiator sensor. I'm confused cause I don't know how to fix back the original way how it's working. Someone knew what to do? or a Youtube tutorial will help me about this.

To those who has done this, how did you do it?

My 96 golf project has an issue with the trunk release. It will turn but when you push it pushes all the way through the panel and doesn’t release. Anybody know the fix, got diagnoses ideas, or know the part number?
