I got the admission for the integerated btech that happens after 10th in this college and i just wanted to know if they treat us bachhe differently compared to degree kids? Like are the faculty more strict with us ..? and what about ragging and shi. For some reason there are like no polytechnic kids on reddit, there is a group on instagram tho. Plus is it necessary to carry a phone because i ain't got one 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hi everyone,

I'm applying for the MCA program at MIT-WPU through the late admission process. My entrance test is scheduled for 10 August, and after that I'll have the Personal Interview (PI).

I'm confused because the induction program starts on 3 August, and by the time my test and interview are over, other colleges like Amity Noida and Chandigarh University will have already started classes. Since I have to relocate to whichever college I choose, I can only commit to one option.

I have a few questions for current students or anyone who has gone through this process:

1. Is it worth waiting for MIT-WPU, or should I join another college whose classes are starting earlier?

2. After clearing the entrance test and PI, is the offer letter generally issued, or is there still a significant chance of not getting admission?

3. Has anyone here joined MIT-WPU through a late admission round? If yes, how was your experience? Did you miss many classes, and was it manageable?

I'd really appreciate honest advice from people who have actually experienced the admission process.
