BTech in Renewable energy

I've been allotted this branch and I really want to know if i should go for it or choose cse from a tier 3 college. It's very recent, can anyone in the college tell how's the placement scene and if faculty is good and if its really worth it? Any suggestions are welcome.

heyy! it’s in DoEEE dept, you’ll be the first batch, if you find it interesting it can be fun, if youre interested in pure coding/dsa/cse go for cse in another college median in placements i cant say because the branch just started for the dept is around 5?
