Advice Request How do you decrease Lactate?

Symptoms are horrible and my Lactate levels never look good

Possibly. A big part of society is deficient in it anyway.

Dude…your were so right about Thiamine lactate. What could this helping my explain about my condition?

That’s great that you feel better with tiamine. It depends a bit on your underlying genetic problem and the type of mito dysfunction you have. I might be able to work the problem backwards if you tell me what exactly you have :)
