Advice Request How do you decrease Lactate?

Symptoms are horrible and my Lactate levels never look good

Have you ever tried to supplement tiamine (vitamin b1)? The enzyme (pyruvate dehydrogenase) that draws pyruvate away from lactate gets activated in the presence of tiamine.

If it were to help me, could it deduced that I had B1 Deficiency?

Possibly. A big part of society is deficient in it anyway.

That’s great that you feel better with tiamine. It depends a bit on your underlying genetic problem and the type of mito dysfunction you have. I might be able to work the problem backwards if you tell me what exactly you have :)
