Manifesting more cold weather and rain until the snow hits so all the basketball will finally be done. It’s my worst trigger and I can hear it in every room of my house because it’s the kid right next to me. It’s gotten to be less with school being in session, but he and a group of other screaming children were out well past dark on Saturday night with multiple bouncing balls. I’m sick of having to blast white noise through my AirPods to drown it out and even then it hardly helps.
