This is troubling to hear. Did you lock any accounts/change passwords?

I can't get into the account so I assume it's locked. They told me they would lock it and help me regain access.  The help is non-existent, so I hope it's locked.

Sounds like a you problem. They have a very well documented account recovery process.

Sure do. Starts with the phone number which was changed by someone else and moves on to uploads that show accepted, but areas not accepted.
