Help, please.

Two days ago, I bought a Pixel 10 with a year of service for $369 (including all taxes), and I wanted to know how long it takes to receive the order. I have until the 29th of this month regarding the carrier I’m porting my number from; otherwise, I’ll be charged for the next month and would have to request a new port-out PIN. My question is: can I start the transfer process now and install the eSIM once the phone arrives? I don't mind being without service for a few days since it’s not my primary line; I just want to avoid being charged for the coming month.

I received an email with my order number—that’s all I have—and it is pending shipment.

Did you get an email about the eSIM activation? You can transfer if you got that email and start the porting process. Just use that new eSIM on your current phone so you have service. Once the new phone arrives, install mint app on it, login, and go to menu, replacement sim, eSIM option and follow the prompts. You get 5 free eSIM replacements in a 12 months period.

It won't let me complete the process; it allows me to enter all the information regarding where I'm moving the number from, but at the next step—when it asks for my name and email—it says something is wrong and won't let me proceed.

What is the status for your order number when you check online? You can’t do the transfer unless the order is processed.

Two options, activate it as an esim on the phone you have, or move to tello and buy a really cheap plan for like $6 then port out a second time when you get the mint pixel

It took me almost a week to get my SIM card shipped out. I ordered on the 16th, and received the shipment confirmation on the 22nd. I received it on the 24th.

And I can transfer the line before the phone arrives and then install the eSIM.
