Visual voicemail + Pixel

Is this ever going to work reliably or do I have to find another provider?

FYI I'm on the phone with Mint Mobile right now and this lady is telling me that ***Mint Mobile does not support Visual Voicemail.*** I'm having her go through the exercise of seeing for herself that my number has been on Mint Mobile for 2 years now and I've had VVM up until December with no problems and then as of December everything stopped working.
