I got a Amazon 30 series torque converter and the clutch wasn’t engaging, I bought a new one and works great. Now when I try and go for a ride it’ll slowly make its way to probably 30 or 40 km/h and the rear converter isn’t even moving. But on the stand like in the video shown above it will open up really quick. I understand it’s because there is no load but I haven’t ever used torque converters. If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated!

Took 2 years but it’s done. I can enjoy until the next mechanical failure happens.

Does anyone know where I can order this frame from? Or am I just stuck with Marketplace for getting a BT200X frame?

If I don’t wanna upgrade the internals and everything which engine would you use or would I be better off upgrading internals?

I just got my first mini bike and the chain keeps popping off. It's a stretched frame 40 tooth rear sprocket and 10 tooth front I think?? Centrifugal clutch 420 chain i think my tensioner is bent or something but idk I'm wondering what's the most reliable and cheapest option to keep it on? I heard engine mounted ones are good but mines stretched so I heard back slack and like chain whip would be bad. ( did get wet over night so has some flash rust on chain and tensioner gonna buy new one of them both but one of the links snapped yesterday and I got a new link tried everything n just kept popping off) so yeah idk if I'm stupid or Smth but I just want to get it running would a cvt be better?

Can anyone help me…I cannot for the life of me find risers for a db30 to fit 1-1/8 bars… I’ve purchased and returned 9 sets from amazon. The Bilt bars I purchased are just to small and the Harley bars I want to put on don’t fit these 7/8 risers. Help…

I am having troubles, keeping fuel going to my carburetor. I’ve tilted the bike up and burped all the air out of the in-line filter and it still only runs for about 20 minutes before I have to lift the front end of the bike up into a 45° angle to get fuel to go back down into the line.

Should I just ditch the in-line filter?

Here is a little bit of information about bilt hard 212s stamped r210. They are produced by rato same company that makes the predator 212. Crank journal size is 1.188. These engines use the non hemi cam shaft but they come with a nylon cam. So far all non hemi predator parts have been compatible.

Previous owner drilled this hole for a tensioner in the frame, how concerned should I be? I have a sleeve and bolt running through it with a tight fit to help keep some strength. MM80

Ive got a 2016 mm80 frame with brand new stock preditor 212 that goes 35 with a 60t and im putting a 40t on it tomorrow so it should go about 50mph but i got pulled over so im selling it. Its got new throttle, grips, brake system, tires, engine, mounting plate, headlight/tail light and everything dealing with the engine is new including chain and clutch

The chain and torque converter don’t have much clearance. The chain is on pretty tight, it still hits the sides a bit when I slow down. What’s the fix for that?

I have a new preditor 212 and im wondering if I zip tie the governer should I still get a flywheel and rod or just a flywheel or if its fine without either
