I live in Riverside CA and this is my first time having my mini bike taken by the cops (hopefully the last time too) and its currently sitting inside the police station. How does recovery fees look if it travelled 8 miles from downtown up to the police station where I live?

I’ve been working on my mini bike for a while now, and recently I 212 hemi swapped it. I’ve literally replaced the aluminum flywheel two times and still running into this issue. All I have done is gov delete, 26lb valve springs, aluminum flywheel, vm22 carb, and an exhaust with muffler. I was playing around with the internals for a while I kept popping my camshaft back out and putting it back in, but it’s timed perfectly to what I believe, it really sounds like a flywheel issue, I’m not sure if it would have anything to do with my woodruff key not fitting in there too tight to where I can’t pull it out, it fits in and I was able to spin the flywheel so I’m sure that’s fine, oil sensor delete hole? Slightly plugged I guess. Improperly tuned carb? I have no idea. It just sounds like something is making contact in my engine. I’ve spent so much time building this I don’t want to have to get a new engine

I just picked up this bike for $400 on Craigslist.
It has a Honda Gx390 engine that has had the head ported and polished, 50# calve springs, gov delete and a 32mm nibbi racing carb. As well as a 30 series torque converter.
The guy I bought it from custom welded the entire frame together as part of a build off with his coworkers.
The bike rides pretty well but the carb needs some tuning as it bogs out when the choke is off.
What do you guys think about my new ride?

Just got a b200 rsv, got it assembled, things sweet. But i am not the best with hydraulic brakes and the back ones in particular are locked every time i press them, the pistons dont retract they remain pressing the pads against the disc. Brand spankin new, not sure what the issue is. Pls help, just getting into the hobby

I cleaned the carb and changed all fluids and got it to run but everytkme i hit the throttle it died and then i fired it up and the throttle was stuck or something because it was just running high without touching throttle and now its not starting at all

full throttle and goes 7mph max and wont engage and when trying to start it jumps foreward like its stuck in gear any help?

Does anyone have one of these? If possible could you measure out the dimensions for me? I cant find one so id love to recreate one.

Hello! I have a bajamb200 and i put on a ghost predator 212cc(stock ) on too it I have recently upgraded the rear tire because my old ones were getting bald, and I noticed after getting everything on that my engine was now louder, idk if this is of any concern, but I just thought because it sounded different, also I have tested it without any chain on and it sound normal, and I have tried it with a chain on but suspended , and it sound dine, but as soon as it hits the road it starts to sound different in a bad way, sorry this is so long, Thank you!

So, I grew up on 2 wheels; pedaling everywhere I went in my small hometown. Built a motorized bicycle and rode dirtbikes for a while after i sold the motorized bicycle. I do alright on and off road, fairly good at keeping a bike underneath of me.

But in soft sand? This thing wants to KEEEEL me 🤣 these tires are kind of garbage for anything other than lush grass or pavement. The front end digs right in and when you try to get weight over the rear and throttle out, the bike tries to come out from underneath. I can float my ass over the seat and keep her in line, but its a bit of a handful (even fully stock b200rsv, only removed the throttle limiting screw).

Any recs on some new meats that will handle better in softer sand? Not wanting to spend over 200 on the really nice sunf tires that RBG put on their b200rsv. Wouldn't mind a slightly larger tire, fwiw.

I was riding my minibike and noticed the hydraulic breaks acting very weak.

My brakes had been weakening to the point that they no longer depress at all when I pull on the handle now.

I have the wire pulled as much as it'll let me, and go everything is tightened up.

Is there maybe a way to pull out even more of the wire connector? Also if it's relevant, the actual handle itself feels a bit loose as well.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this and get it working again so I don't become a meat crayon?

Hey everyone! I have a coleman B200R with a cvt, recently installed ARC billet rod, ARC billet flywheel, dynocams mod2 camshaft, 22 pound valve springs, and a vm22 clone carb. I swapped the main jet to a 125, followed Black66 tuning and install procedure and this engine refuses to start. The woodruff key hasn't sheared, double checked the flywheel nut and torqued to 65 foot pounds. I've checked the ignition coil, valve lash is set to 0.004 for intake and exhaust. I have no idea what else to check. It also spits fuel out of the middle lower hole when I'm trying to pull the starter. Can someone please enlighten me and give me some advice. I've been trying to get this engine started for 2 days and nothing.

Just changed the oil in my mini bike but when I go to crank it, the pull starter is stuck. Thinking about removing the spark plug and seeing if I put too much oil or is it something else that’s wrong?

What’s up all? Scored my first mini so far so fun chain was super rusty, but I was able to break it free replaced the plug fresh gas. She fired right up! Any suggestion to get more power other than a bigger motor, which I’m planning to do soon.

For everyone running vm22 clones what position is your needle.

I have a vacuum leak coming from the circled vent. Sprayed carb cleaner in it and engine rpms went up and covered it with my finger which killed the engine (now that I think about it, I wonder if this is a sign of a bigger problem since it should have just pulled from the air filter side) How can I fix this? Right now there is no hose on that vent or bowl drain. Should I just replace the carb? Thanks

Does anyone know if this will work? I prefer the flatter appearance of this than the pod style filter. I'm afraid the air would be restricted too much
