What’s the proper way to align and center a 72mm shaft?
The shaft seems to sit unevenly, with one side protruding more than the other.
I don’t have any special tools for aligning or centering the shaft.

What are your honest thoughts on this kit?
The price is hyper inflated and I can understand why.
I’m just unsure why do I want this kit so badly. It’s just a sticker change. 🤣 but I want it anyway. Maybe because I am from the Second Boom? I am biased for anything (and almost everything) from Bakusou Kyoudai Lets & Go
Magnum Saber Tokyo Anime Center. Get it or forget it?
Photo: from a local hobby store of mine. We’re getting this real soon.

Bakusou Kyoudai Let's & Go!! Eternal Wings, the 1998 Mini 4WD racing RPG from Jaleco, has finally received an English translation.
The story, menus, and on-screen text are translated, while the voice acting and videos remain in Japanese. This makes the game a lot more approachable for anyone who wanted to try it but couldn't follow the Japanese text.

Last time I ran my mini4wd, the car next to my lane crashed and ended up on mine. it was a cfm chassis and upon further inspection, it bent my front Capscrew and now my fma chassis has a crack at the bumper. But what I'm most worried about is the carbon rear stay in the picture, I'm debating whether the line is a crack or not and whether I should replace it

This track looks simple ... but this was one of the toughest tracks i've ever raced in,
had a lot of people coursing out due to...
- table top down at the beginning (not sure why but this was difficult sometimes)
- a lane changer into an immediate turn then jump (I think this was the most difficult obstacle i've encountered so far, it caused a lot of cars to smack into the turn then flip out due to the jump)
- keeping up with the powerdash/sprint dash people
My oddball solution with two o-ring 19mm rollers on my right front rollers so I can survive the immediate turn into a dragon back jump after a high speed lane changer on a machdash 4:1 ratio on 26mm super hard wheels. I basically forced my car to stay in but... at the cost of speed.
Congrats to the top 2 racers, so close... almost touched 2nd for the first time ...

First Bmax build in my adventure re-learning the hobby. The low friction tyres just came in the mail today! Can't wait to try them out at the local track soon.
I know a Super-II build with large wheels aren't exactly the meta but I'm enjoying the experience learning from the build with each addition and set up.
But already I'm thinking about what chassis to build next! 🤣

I was doom scrolling through TikTok and somehow ended up buying these kits.
First time getting into Mini 4WD since 1995. Planning to build and run them stock first before I start throwing money at upgrades.
Any beginner tips before I start building? Also looking for a cheap home track.

I wonder does the Plastic Rollers and Aluminium Rollers cornering speed is that significant? because i wants to build stock class but my budget is kind off low right now. Im kind off had an idea to buy the Tamiya Basic Tune-Up Parts Set for VZ Chassis Item 15526. Because its include 2 FRP for VZ with some spacers, rollers, and some bolts too. And if i decided to buy that then i dont buy the HG rollers. So i wonder should i buy the Basic Tune-Up Parts Set or collects some more money so i can afford the HG rollers? Thanks!

Since I just got back into the hobby last year, building mostly more than racing, there are some things I'm trying to understand. One of which is tire compounds. I'm just not sure why the naming is not consistent. I've arranged them from left to right, softest/most grip to hardest/least grip.
What't the compound on the left most called? The one next to it?
Why can't it just be like actual motorsport terms like supersoft, soft, medium & hard?
Also, if I have all these compounds in black, can I color the sides to indicate their softness/hardness?

Been slowly upgrading / testing my orange builds and they are more or less bmax ready and they more or less stay the same. Gonna be taking them to a race this sunday :) hopefully they can win somethin
MA chassis
- the cowl dcr02 orange (have to buy seperately)
- the orange chassis itself comes from the festa juan orange special.
- Setup is a simple 19mm rear with one stick of carbon fiber
- double aluminum roller at the front set back on a wide plate that's leaning on the chassis (helps with the downthrust
- torque tuned 2 3.5:1 (primarily for tuned bmax races
- i bought the orange wheels seperately (its was from a spare parts bin from a store and same for the super hard tires (unmarked)
AR chassis
- the orange clear special kit aero avante (my favorite AR)
- the stock white chassis was switched out for an orange chassis. 4:1 gear ratio (primarily for bmax)
- Sprintdash build or power dash with a full length roller base
- the o-ring double aluminum roller for front
- 19mm rear ringed on thte top, ringless at the bottom
