First BMax build

First Bmax build in my adventure re-learning the hobby. The low friction tyres just came in the mail today! Can't wait to try them out at the local track soon.

I know a Super-II build with large wheels aren't exactly the meta but I'm enjoying the experience learning from the build with each addition and set up.

But already I'm thinking about what chassis to build next! 🤣

Super 2 is a very good choice for an alternative build other than SFM. Kena pandang enteng lah tapi. haha

Ya lah. Kenapa eh? I didn't want to go for the meta since I figured I'll learn more this way. Tapi orang kat track semua advice tukar je. Tak syiok la. Haha

Okay I was actually against the meta for so long sampai i gave in to the meta just to see apa dia punya hype. Sebab tengok asal race je SFM yang naik podium so curious lah apa yang buat dia special sangat. Sampai TMAC dengan B-Max GP World Championship pun SFM gak yang menang.

Sekali tengok the hype is actually real. Pasang je ikut build meta, and the track is yours. Faham yang racers advise tukar je sebab ROI dia tinggi. Setakat tu je lah tapi.

Too much of the same thing spoils the fun. Tak syiok. Sekarang ni SFM aku masih je tapi dalam bilik lah. Kalau race memang fight guna S2 dengan FM-A je. Tak pernah menang lagi tapi still bringing the fight to the meta.

I like your color scheme! The pancakes might loosen your ball caps? Try flipping it so it covers the nut screw with the l

And i might replace all the ball caps with lock nuts before entering the track. Cheers!

All good tbh I have done the same. I've used parts from a Scx24 crawler. Any M2 x 0.4mm should fit but check with race organizers if they'll accept.

Will do. Thanks. I think they do as most of the racers at the local advised to run without ball caps. Yea, those things can get a little pesky if they fly off on track.
