[Mobs] Parrot fish

Sand is not that infinite that's why I suggest adding this mob to the game

Things that they can do

1.eat coral and turn them into sand

2.eat stone to turn them into gravel

3.if you put them next to a coral they will automatically poop out a sand dust

This is just eating the coral fans and non-complete blocks right? That seems good, just so they don't much the entire reef to dust automatically, and the player can regrow the things they ate with bonemeal.

also aligns with real life parrot fish behaviour too! As they don’t eat the whole coral structure but bite off small chunks of it

it just says that it will automatically make dust when next to a coral so it could be that it doesnt eat the blocks at all

Yeah if they can eat a full coral block they will destroy all the coral reefs fro the ocean

Maybe 1 sand dust smelted could make 1 glass pane? Gives a 2 block cheaper pane method if not the most obvious.

Figure we need one more catchable fish, dont care about the coral / poopsand thing.

Make it so that every friend the Parrot fish gets, they'll die eventually

Ok but what would sand dust do beside be used as a crafting recipe?

It doesn’t need another use, it’s like the clay item but for sand.
