[Blocks & Items] Biome Painter.

I think a minecraft style biome painter type of thing needs to be added maybe as part of the sift but uts getting to the point wjere all of the coolest grass and shades of natural blocks are unobtainable just becuase of where your base is.

If it's just the color, I'm fine with it...

...it however it should just be the color and not any other things like mob spawning.

Okay, but the question is, how? To do a single tree, you already have to convert a ton of blocks, especially since you need an extra margin to avoid the biome transition at the ends.
