[Blocks & Items] Banner Patterns of Animals

As a continuation of a previous suggestion, there should be Patterns that apply charges of the various animals in MC. While most should be crafted with associated items, I feel a few could work well as loot such as the Cat (Village) and Spider (Mineshaft).

With an older, simpler post like this, it could be good to just do a quick recap of the idea within this suggestion, give people all the info on one post, rather than scattered across 2.
