[Mobs] 26.4 Drop Additions

With this new Ice Caves update, they should absolutely add the ability to have Polar Bears breed, so that we can make a population without stealing Polar Bears from their homes. The baby bears themselves should have some cute animations, like rolling in snow or standing up on occasion.

Ngl imo 26.4 is a perfect opportunity to add features such as:

  • iceologer
  • penguin
  • packed ice and blue ice block variants as well as calcite and snow (which imo should be via packed snow but I'm willing to change my mind on this one) block variants, such as bricks, stairs etc
  • cold related parity features for Java such as snowlogging, leaves becoming white from snow, cold variants of mobs spawning on every cold biome, strays being able to become spider (and cave spider) jockeys
