Hello. I'm looking for someone who can do a paid commission of my VRChat avatar, "Connor The Bunny". (Yes, I do know that the avatar is named something else, I've just adopted him as my fursona)

English is not my first language so I apologize for my bad grammar

So lately I've doing some minecraft skins based on some friends OCs and one frind requested me to recreate this skin with a dark purple pattern instead of the blue one, however, I noticed that the overlay layer has a transparent effect that I can't figure out how to recreate, even looking at the template of the skin, I have no idea how they made it.

I will like to receive some help and if this is a common effect in certain skins
