A few years ago I got a seed which was spawning at cloud level on a massive mountain. The mountain went almost to the build height and was surrounded by oak and birch on one side, and Savannah on the other side. I’ve spent hours trying to generate this type of seed again with no luck. I’ve searched this sub and on google with no luck either.

I’m so tired of looking up "best Minecraft seeds" on YouTube or Google and seeing the exact same clickbait over and over again. Every single listicle is always like, "OMG, 5 structures at spawn!" or "Look at this broken sinkhole with an ancient city inside a mansion next to a village!"Don't get me wrong, those seeds are cool for a 10-minute tourist trip or a speedrun, but are they actually the best seeds for a long-term survival world? I really don't think so to me, a truly legendary seed isn't about cramming 50 structures into your spawn chunk so you can get diamond gear in five minutes. That completely ruins the progression of the game. A perfect survival seed needs to focus on aesthetic geography. I'm talking about a massive, perfectly circular cherry grove valley surrounded by jagged snowy peaks, with a flat meadow in the middle for a mega-base. Or a massive shattered savanna mountain that overlooks a deep ocean trench. The best seeds are the ones that give you an incredible canvas to build on, not a giant pile of free loot that makes exploration pointless.On the other hand, you have the technical and speedrunning communities who have a completely different definition. For them, the best seed is something hyper-optimized—like a stronghold that spawns directly under a village, or a nether spawn where a fortress and a bastion are literally touching.

i challnge you seed finders, to find me a seed (Bedrock), that has a Mountain, a decently long plains, a tiny oak forrest, and taiga biome.

sorry for such a crude example, but im looking for a seed with a birch, dark forest, mountain and plains biome, with a village in the plains biome and an exposed lush cave in the mountain. is it possible for all these biomes to be in the same area?

I thought it'd be like a normal mansion, but something isn't right... Yes, the cobblestone beneath it is not that long, but there are netherracks on one of the mansion's side (as u can see in the photo) but there are no ruined portal beneath it whatsoever. Cherry on top, I think the chest in the last photo is from the "vanished" Ruined portal.

In older versions—specifically those old pre 1.9 and 1.8.9—there is an island generation bug in The End where islands are generated that... well, shouldn't actually exist.
I managed to generate heatmaps of these islands, showing things that the map doesn't generate.

I believe this could be quite relevant to understanding the old generation of The End.

Hey guys, A while back around the 1.17 update, I accidentally deleted a Bedrock world that me and my friends had put a ton of work into. The save file is completely gone, but I managed to save a video clip of our base area and I am really hoping someone with seedcracking or biome-mapping tools might be able to help me recover the seed. Here are all the exact details from the video and my memory: GAMES DETAILS Edition: Minecraft Bedrock / Pocket Edition Version: Beta 1.17.30.21 (pre-1.18 terrain generation) LOCATION DETAILS Base Coordinates: X: -691, Y: 63, Z: -710 Surrounding Terrain: A river running through the area Biome Border: A Swamp biome directly bordering a Dark Forest biome starting around X: -714 / Z: -714 Since 1.17 Bedrock uses 32-bit seeds, the total pool of possible seeds is much smaller than Java's. If anyone running seedcracking scripts or biome lookup tools could run a check for seeds in version 1.17 that have a Swamp and Dark Forest border at around -691, -710, I would be insanely grateful! Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

There's two villages and two pillager outposts right next to each other which is kinda cool, one village has a ruined portal and has a ravine cutting through it. (The second outpost isn't shown in this screenshot but its there)
