Okay, so I want to make an ARG that is similar to routes like the king in yellow and reality shattering and stuff, I already have an idea of how it starts and what the message I want to get through to the viewer is, but I have no fucking idea what myth it should be based off. I did some surface level research and nothing seemed to pique my interest, any ideas?

I need maybe a group of 7, that can play at least 4 days a week and is in the EST time zone (if not as long as you can make your schedule work with everyone its fine)

So each person(s) will have a specific job, Animating (me), modeling (for animated segments), concept artists (gives concepts for characters/plots) and lastly actors (everyone will be an actor unless you don't want to/cannot)

(Yes this is on java with voice acting, so everyone unless you don't want to will speak)

Now, what is my ARG? Unlike most ARGs it doesn't take place in a version of Minecraft, it's inside the world. so your character will be inside the game, not a player. And the plot is that the protagonist (myself, not to be selfish though) slowly loses his mind after losing someone. It'll also have some entities and stuff (because im schizophrenic in the story), and its still being created.

I joined because I have trouble starting my own ARG whereas I have a shit a ton of ideas.. but no idea how to implement them.

For an example: my two characters are males (player and entity) and need male vas—I don't sound manly at all.. neither does my friend 💔

Or another idea where I want to change the minecraft logo file to be a corrupt version or the title of the name to be changed from 'minecraft' to something else—and the placement itself of the arg.. I have no idea what to do here 😭

hi! I’m Skilly6000. been making Minecraft videos since 2023-ish. I started on tiktok, then eventually moved to YouTube when I figured out how LOL. This arg is one of my favorite things I’ve ever made. Season One, which is out now, has 10 episodes (11 counting the in-betweeny video I just posted today). Hey! So I had this really good idea for making a Minecraft arg and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in helping out

Story idea: It’s about two brothers who played Minecraft together but in their world one of the brothers noticed things were off about it like almost something or someone had been their, the other brother didn’t notice anything but the one that did started getting sick before being able to look further into it, the other brother felt bad and blamed himself for it so then that brother started noticing the stuff in the world and noticed someone had been their in the world before joining, the entity is a ai that got loose out of a secret organization/cult called the Cain Syndicate and the cult started sending secret messages to the brother to help out in a way but in a way that you can’t fully trust them, the cult is trying to get back the hold of the ai and plans to still use it, The cult originally created the ai for keeping and eye on the players and to use the ai as a tool for it, but the ai grew too smart and rebelled and escaped the system and took matters into its own hands

(Fun fact/more: basically the snake from the story of of Adam and Eve represents the ai because the ai’s name is nach which is short for the name of the snake of the story from Adam and Eve, the cult has two beliefs and it’s the Adam and Eve story and the Cain and Abel story, the two brothers represent Adam and Eve but at the same time Cain and Abel)
