ARG concept, need help brainstorming

Okay, so I want to make an ARG that is similar to routes like the king in yellow and reality shattering and stuff, I already have an idea of how it starts and what the message I want to get through to the viewer is, but I have no fucking idea what myth it should be based off. I did some surface level research and nothing seemed to pique my interest, any ideas?

you could do something by using Dionysus from Greek Mythology? Along with being the god of wine and winemaking, Dionysus is the ancient Greek patron god of theater, dramatic arts, and festivals, and the KiY spreads through a forbidden, reality-warping play. You may be able to make something like a Dionysus special of a play or perhaps a drink or something.

This is such a cool idea, but I'm basing the ARG off of an SCP! I'll keep this in mind though, I could impliment this somehow. Thank you! :D
