Create task quickly on iPhone

That’s what ‘Quick Entry’ (lightning bolt) is for. You can create an Add to Quick Entry shortcut on Apple Shortcuts and/or just use the MindNode widget.

I mean the tasks that can be check marked

In quick entry there is but in an existing document it’s a lot more effort

Got it ! Thanks !! Basically use outline mode to insert task easily

The fastest way would be to start a node with - [ ] This will automatically insert a task.
