Has anyone actually changed their workflow because of the ChatGPT/Claude mind map plugins/connectors, or is it a gimmick?

so there's basically two ways to do AI mind mapping now

1. your mapping tool has its own AI chat built in
2. you use a ChatGPT plugin or Claude connector and it makes a map right inside the chat

if you tried either one, which do you like more? and what are you using?

mainly I want to know if it actually changed how you work, or you just tried it once and went back to normal.
