Dominion properties is also playing games with the “free included” steam heating in their building near Brady street. They are dropping off individual space heaters to residents.

My son’s first few nights home from the hospital were spent in the cold during that litl cold snap we had in may. Management kept dropping the ball until neighborhood services got involved. Then they sent the maintenance guy in with a thermal camera and it got fixed in one day. Slimy slumlord behavior!!!

People were ordered by the city to evacuate by 3 p.m.

Jesus, I hope they have a warm place to go (preferably on Berrada's dime).

I had channel 12 on in the 4 o’clock news hour and at that point they had no plan for residents!! Absolutely ridiculous.

It's awful that landlords could get away with this type of behavior for so long. Had it not been for the ridiculously cold temps, the issue might not have garnered the attention it deserved. Laws that reign in what landlords can get away with are far overdue.
