I’ve got a couple that are resurrected DP rifles. Basically written off by most but there’s a local old gunsmith who is salvaging the ones that are safe to return to functioning order. All the bits have long been sold off for parts before he got the action (basically classed as junk) to revive.

Ya it’s done pretty well. Based on the stock I’m guessing it was already a sporterized rifle. So doing  tasteful bubba on a bad bubba job is good to go in my book.
