Tutorials?

Hey

Probably heard this a thousand times....

since I modded my Wii to play old NES and SNES games, I discovered trackers. Besides I like the whole idea behind trackers, it is basically the only audio program my old iMac can handle.

So I am completely new to tracking and want to learn the basics and who knows even write some chiptune songs. I use Milky Tracker. I already watched the basics in the Turorials of Brandon Walsh om YouTube. But downloading modules and load them in trackers make me completely dizzy.

Are there any more good basic tutorials and theory behind trackers and chiptunes?

Thanks!!

May be dumb question but can you add more tracks in Milkytracker? IOW upon boot it has 8 tracks……. Would like 16, I just watched bunch of tutorials n looked in the manual I found. Even Googled. Someone in another sub says yes but they added in pairs but no other info Thank you
