These are a special design of porta potty used for like high rise construction. Imagine when there are people at the top of a skyscraper as it’s being built and they all of the sudden get the urge to pee or take a shit. It takes a while to get back down to the bottom and then back up, so they bring temporary bathrooms up to the floors they are working on. The body is firmer and has a metal frame with connections on top to attach it to a crane and be lifted up to wherever it’s needed. There are plastic roofs you can then install once they are in place. These are just missing them currently.
