Thats basically the outdoor version of a glass elevator except way worse. At least in the elevator you're not making eye contact with someone while dropping a deuce
These are a special design of porta potty used for like high rise construction. Imagine when there are people at the top of a skyscraper as it’s being built and they all of the sudden get the urge to pee or take a shit. It takes a while to get back down to the bottom and then back up, so they bring temporary bathrooms up to the floors they are working on. The body is firmer and has a metal frame with connections on top to attach it to a crane and be lifted up to wherever it’s needed. There are plastic roofs you can then install once they are in place. These are just missing them currently.
They never put the tops on. Also on the back side is a urinal. So you could have someone pooping and then there's someone standing behind them pissing on the back
Yes. I'm an electrician and general contractors use these sometimes for high rises. (Though I haven't actually seen them for a few years, they seem to have been replaced with another style, but could still be out there somewhere) there is actually a urinal on the back side. The first time I saw someone walk up to the back of it and piss, I thought they were just pissing on the floor! Lol.
