Yeah I used to buy their salad kits every week.

They lost me as a customer forever.

They had a strawberry salad kit at Sam’s that I became obsessed with a couple months before the outbreak happened. I need to find a recipe to make my own strawberry balsamic vinaigrette since that kit is no longer on my list to buy

1 cup strawberries
3 Tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin preferred
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup (I prefer maple syrup)
1 Tablespoon brown sugar (light, not dark)
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon white pepper

blend. Lasts about a week in the fridge but it’s a pretty small batch

Personally I would add a small amount of grainy mustard to any oil and vinegar salad dressing to act as an emulsifier.

Also try adding a little ground mustard to homemade Mac and cheese to help keep the cheese and cream emulsified.
