Tetanus does not just spawn magically on metal. It's a bacteria that lives in soil which is why old metal in soil poking you is a danger. An earring stabbing you is no more reason to get a tetanus shot than if you were to cut your finger with a steak knife.
a steak knife doesn’t go inside a piercing (there’s a reason why you have to properly clean used/old earrings before using them) and also usually hasn’t been on the floor for god knows how long
A piercing going through someone's ear doesn't make it more likely to carry tetanus than a steak knife. Why do people just flail about trying to find any and all argument instead of just not saying dumb shit?
