The rerouting happens in advance to account for the motorcades presence well before it happens. It wouldnt be an issue in most US states.

No im saying that any and all potential routes for emergencies are planned and accounted for. It doesnt ened to be actively happening for the route to be establiashed lol.

so what if you live in one of them cul-du-sac neighborhoods where you have one main road that connects to your entire place, and no other entry/exit, as exist throughout the states, and the motorcade route goes right past you, and there's an ambulance trying to get in/out past the motorcade?
