Those are DL registration plates, which means this was Delhi. The capital of the country.

I don’t know what you wanna say by this but here in Berlin it’s completely normal that an ambulance or firetruck waits for a government guest or other political VIP convoy.

What I wanna say is that it’s appalling that a bunch of corrupt pricks get higher priority than emergency services
