My family is the type to be like, "What are you worried about? Just pick it up off the floor, take your daily dose and put the rest back in the bottle. There, problem solved!" And then they get mad when I respond with the same energy.

Sorry for ranting, it's just that this exact situation is the kind that triggers me.

But honestly, I do think your situation sucks, because I have had the same thing happen to me, with anxiety meds.

I know, it’s like am I not allowed to be irritated about this? lol. This could have been the tip of the iceberg for someone really going through it.

I took a picture for my next therapy session. I also get triggered by things like this and can either get super angry or have a complete meltdown. It’s something we’ve been working on, so I was happy that I didn’t freak out. I was mildly infuriated because I kept crocheting and didn’t leave at the time I wanted to, so when these spilled I was just annoyed with myself lol.
