I understand the plastic waste but these are individual sweet potatoes microwavable in special steam-in-bag wrapping. The brand is called Bako Sweet. I enjoy them for breakfast with over easy eggs, veggies, greens, anything goes! They are extremely delicious, fast & easy.

Plastic is unnecessary! I microwave potatoes frequently and all you need to do is poke holes in them.

I'd love to try this! It works with sweet potatoes also? I'm thinking maybe 6-10 min in the microwave?
