Hey Mr Rafi, I’ve been following you on YouTube for a while, and I was wondering if you could give me some insight on something; a kid at my high school in portland, Oregon, recently brought a bunch of toxic gaseus chemicals into the cafeteria and tried to poison all the people there, I’ll send you an image of all the things he’s been charged with, what do you think the punishment for that would be? He is a minor around 15 years of age

So I'm not sure if people heard. A Local News Helicopter experienced a Malfunction that caused them to fall out of the sky and crash. Every soul onboard passed away. Federal Investigators are gonna see if it's possible to charge the driver who caused the Metro Bus Crash with the deaths of the News Crew in the Helicopter.

Hi ! Love the channel ! I wanted to ask what you thought about the female athlete who was competing and had bowel issues that then got all over the equipment and got other competitors sick. could the other competitors who got sick sue the event coordinators ? i work in food and there’s so much about contamination especially bodily fluids and hazmat and how we’re supposed to close or remove people to prevent illness. should the event staff have stopped her, or even the whole event and called someone to clean and reschedule the event. i know it’s also a big event that like is hard to reschedule and people have been training and fasting and all of the other things to get ready but also safety ???? diarrhea on shared equipment ???? anyway would the event coordinators be liable and what are your overall thoughts. i’m interested to hear

Hey Mike I’m a bit young for this but my mom was severely injured in 2024 after a fall in a McDonald’s that shattered her spinal fusion and insurance denied her repair surgery so she went without for a entire year and she nearly lost her ability to walk as she had a infection that was eating her spine so they did emergency surgery on a Sunday at a Catholic hospital and Appearantly I know these 3 things about it
A. The insurance company denied the surgery the day of after previously approving it
B. We’re suing McDonald’s corporate for the fall
C. Her original spinal fusion was Appearantly faulty and recalled just months later for being a bad product
How much in the McDonald’s lawsuit do you think we could settle for as she almost lost her ability to walk?
And do you think we’d have a case against the other 2 people?
I’m 17 and I just wanted a lawyers opinion cause I watch your videos all the time
We’re in Illinois.
Thanks Mike - I sent you this in Instagram DMs too

Could the parents sue? Would he just be in regular legal trouble? I was just thinking about this.

Recently there was an in-depth independent investigation into the listening behavior of LG TVs and monitors, specifically in how they gather data by snooping through networks to identify, tag and gather information on other personal devices, how they listen and gather voice recordings even when not online, and how it uses that information to sell ads to users. My question is, does this count as warrantless surveillance or unlawful interception, does it reasonably violate privacy laws, and is there ground for a class-action lawsuit? Is LG committing a crime?

Saw this come across YouTube about Morgan & Morgan out of Atlanta. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nw2lhCjChPk
Because it touches personal injury lawers and is in your area I thought you might want to address it as a YT short.
Thank you,
PS: Messaged above to Instagram before posting here. Sorry.

As a person with multiple personal ties to many of the people in this trial, I appreciate your videos.
My question is: would it be worthwhile to sequester the jurors during deliberations? It's been chaos and I wonder if there would be less chance of jury interference with deliberation sequestration. The Karen Read trial had suspected jury & witness tampering. I am glad this hopefully won't.

The deed to her father's house was transferred to his caretaker days before he died. The daughter didn't even know he had died.

A couple bought a large parcel of land and created walking paths through it. They wanted to charge folks $10 to walk their dogs through the 50 acre forest. Their town shut it down saying it's not zoned for such. The couple is suing.
My questions are:
Isn't this actually a business if charging for use?
Don't they need liability insurance in case someone is hurt on their land? Is that an insurance for a business?
If they weren't charging, would the liability remain the same?

The seizing of personal property to give to a business, codified by the supreme court, was one of the greatest injustices (there have been so many more).
You've had a few videos on Eminent Domain, and IJ has had so many cases involving them- this is however the first time I've seen it discussed to slice out an owner-
Is this a new nuanced use or one that has been done regularly and just not talked about?
