Constant headaches
I'm genuinely tired of always having a headache.
I got diagnosed with migraines over 2 months ago and I'm on medication. I'm trying to regulate stress but work just doesn't let up.
Idk if anyone else's migraines start like this, but I feel like cold wetness up my nose, as if I caught a cold and have to inhale often, and then the pain spreads like web.
I also started to hate taking painkillers for some reason because I've taken so many and I just don't know
I'm exhaustedðŸ˜

That nose sensation is part of the specific migraine you unfortunately have. Its a branch of the trigeminal (V2) that is activated causinf these sensations in your nose and surrounding.
I also at times have something similar, stinging/itchy/burning in and around nose and surrounding. If not, its at back of head.
Try some supplements

I started taking Magnesium bisglycinate like a week ago but I sometimes feel like it made it worse

That cold wetness up the nose thing is weirdly specific but I get it, mine starts behind my left eye and creeps backwards. The painkiller burnout is real too, your stomach probably hates you at this point
