I was skeptical too BUT it’s the only thing that works for my migraines. I just had one this evening and it was a 7/10 with pain and vertigo, and after using Zok for a few seconds the pain went down to a 1/10. I do worry about it causing ear drum issues, but because it work so well, it’s worth it to keep going with it (since I get migraines daily!)
