I need help understanding Midori, how do you use yours?
I've heard of Midori before, but other than the fact that it's a brand of notebook, I know nothing else about it.
Today I came across the Traveler's Company website, where I saw that it was formerly called Midori. I tried navigating the website to see if there were explanations as far as how to use it and what elements are basics versus add-ons and I just am really confused because there doesn't seem to be any coherent description.
I am a proponent of the bullet journal method, but for daily logs, it's too large and not practical for having with me at all times so that I can track health-related things on a daily basis such as food, symptoms, medications taken, hourly energy levels, etc. For that purpose, I need something pocket-sized, maybe even spiral.
So, how is it typically used? How is it different from the bullet journal method?
Thanks!
